Endoscope protection

Continuous leak test
Low disinfectant concentration: 0.2%
Mild temperature: 45°C
Short contact time: 5 min

No corrosion was ever reported on endoscopes treated in Soluscope with Soluscope D and E. Due to the continuous leak test that prevents water penetration to the endoscope, all Soluscope users have experienced a drastic reduction on their endoscope maintenance cost. The repair of a flooded endoscope cost as much as a new Soluscope machine !

Helps cutting down endoscope repairs

Works with fresh low concentrated chemical  solution:  No reuse

Works for the endoscope with fresh solution of low concentrated chemicals, ensures the efficacy of the solution and contributes to the absence of vapors and corrosion to the endoscope.

  Works at mild temperature: 45°C

This temperature enables to boost the chemicals efficacy, thus allows it to work at low concentration without recycling the chemicals.

This temperature is lower than the one used by most of our competitors who work between 55°C and 60°C which is the manufacturer's specified limit temperature for endoscopes. (Olympus 60°C, Pentax and Fujinon 55°C). Working at 45°C prevents any thermal shock and early aging of the endoscope due to an elevated temperature.

Continuous leak test:   Prevents water  penetration into the endoscope

As soon as the cycle starts, Soluscope tests the endoscope for leakage. After 70 sec, if no leak has been detected, the precleaning starts.

This leak test is maintained during the whole  cycle

In the case of a leak detection, Soluscope alarms, drains and maintains a positive pressure until the tank is totally drained. Furthermore Soluscope alarms if the leak connector has not been properly connected.
In each endoscopy unit, wherever Soluscope is used, the endoscope lifetime gets longer and their repair cost decreases dramatically.

An efficient way of connecting the  endoscope

Ensuring that the flow reaches all parts of all channels in spite of their different sizes is the most important thing when speaking of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes. A well-connected endoscope with all channels flushed at a proper pressure already does half of the job.
Soluscope has two sets of pumps ensuring the inner channel circulation: one for the big channels (operating and suction channels) and one for the other channels (air/water/extra channels).

Soluscope is provided with specific connecting
sets according to the endoscope types and brands.
